Job Summary : As the Lead Urgent Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our team. You will lead your colleagues by demonstrating advanced knowledge of urgent care responsibilities and work collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of patient service under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members on their performance, focusing on productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services and prioritize assignments to facilitate optimal workflow and problem-solving.
• Handle complex issues and provide guidance to team members when needed.
• Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
