This residential construction coordinating role can expect to work a consistent schedule from 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday .

As a Permit Coordinator with our home improvement company, your day begins with reviewing the latest permit applications that need preparation. You meticulously gather the necessary documentation, ensuring every detail is accurate before submission. Once the applications are ready, you submit them to the relevant authorities and monitor their progress. Throughout the day, you also handle any corrections flagged by officials, swiftly addressing each issue to keep projects on track. Your coordinating role is essential in ensuring that the company operates smoothly and adheres to all regulations, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
