Summary : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle Application Administrator & User Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Oracle applications, providing first-line support to Oracle users, and managing our business analyst data library. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Oracle applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities :

• Oracle Application Administration :

Manage user accounts and access permissions.

Provide first-line support to Oracle users, resolving issues and answering questions.

Maintain and organize the business analyst data library, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
