• Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions)
• IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, case management (ability to oversee / episode management up to 25-30 patients at once)
• First-time travelers accepted if seasoned to home health
• Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions)
• Ability to oversee / episode management up to 25-30 patients at once
• Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
• BLS required
• Weekend rotation : none, unless willing and interested in working weekends
• Call is not required, but may be available if interested
