Job descriptionNo RBT? $16.00 to $17.00 Sign On Bonus $750. Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT Pay based on experience, education, and performance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holiday pay, short / long-term disability (for full-time) Health, dental, and vision insurance options $500 teammate referral bonus Ongoing professional development and career growth 18+ years old required High school diploma or GED required Strong work ethic Comfortable playing with children Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.
