What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.

Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report security-related concerns as outlined in company protocols.

Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed within the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Work closely with Allied Universal leadership and site management to address security-related incidents and support a secure environment.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
