Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth across retail and digital channels.
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and retailer-specific marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Creative, to optimize product flow and category performance.
- Manage the marketing team, setting clear priorities and providing guidance to ensure timely and precise execution.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website development, analytics, and media strategies, to maximize online engagement.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve goals.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support retail partners and drive distribution expansion in a competitive marketplace.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms to maintain a strong brand identity.
- Utilize financial expertise to manage forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes related to marketing initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or color cosmetics industry.
- Proven expertise in omnichannel brand activation, digital advertising, and social media management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, including brand P& L, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans with precision and efficiency.
