Job description

As the Director of Sales at Cabanas Law Firm, you’ll have the chance to shape a sales organization leading the way in high-value family law representation. With our firm recognized nationally for growth and innovation, you’ll be at the forefront of building a world-class sales team.


You’ll work directly with our CEO, gaining executive support and the resources needed to architect a sales system that sets industry standards. This role offers a competitive executive compensation package, performance-driven bonuses, and the opportunity to make a significant impact. Compensation:

$200,000 -$350,000

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our firm's growth objectives, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-value clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine sales processes and leverage executive insights for optimal team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving data-informed decisions that enhance our competitive edge.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to expand our firm's market presence and reputation.
  • Champion a client-centric approach, ensuring our sales strategies meet the evolving needs of clients and the legal industry.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members, empowering them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles and advance their careers within the firm.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with organizational growth objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership to refine sales processes and drive team performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance market presence.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Ability to champion a client-centric approach, ensuring sales strategies align with evolving client needs and industry trends.
