• Dates : ASAP-Ongoing
• Schedule : Need 1-2 weeks per month covered, Work in the clinic from 830am-500pm Mon-Friday and then will take call 1-2 weeks per month
• Call is beeper with 30 min response time
• Average 18-20 patients per shift clinically (these are scheduled patients)
• Average 5-8 patients while on call for hospital
• Support Staff : 1 RN, 2 NP(office) 1 NP (hospital)
• Trauma level 3
• 144 hospital beds
• Epic EMR
• Certifications : BC, BE, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS required, CA license required
• 60-90 day credentialing
• No temp privs available
