Shift Hours : 7 AM - 4 PM

Call Ratio : Yes. Schedule - every 4th night. Beeper- 30 minutes response time.

Call Hours : 4 PM - 7 AM

Case Mix : GS, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, VAS, Dental, ENT, POD. Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks and epidurals.

# of ORs : 3

Staff : 4 providers on floor during day

Supervision and Ratio : All CRNA practice. No supervision.

Active License

Credentialing Time Frame : 60-90 days

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, PALS
