We are looking for a skilled Handyman / Maintenance tech to join our construction team! The successful candidate will play a key role in both estimating and performing repairs across multiple projects, serving as a vital bridge between our company, subcontractors, and clients. In this role, you will perform multifamily and light commercial maintenance work that may include insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment. You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional handyman or maintenance worker is highly preferred, and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities :

• Project Estimation :

Walk through projects with subcontractors to evaluate work scope and requirements.

Perform small repairs and maintenance tasks across different sites as required.

Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and company management.

Inspect repair work to ensure quality and completeness.

Maintain detailed logs of walkthroughs, estimates, repairs, and any related communication.
