RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST :

• Manage the collection of outstanding customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all communications
• The Collections Specialist will contact customers via phone and email to resolve past-due balances and ensure timely payments
• Research and reconcile account discrepancies and apply payments accurately
• The Collections Specialist will generate and review aging reports to monitor delinquent accounts
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and improve collection processes
• The Collections Specialist will assist with other accounting tasks as needed
