Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Supervisor to join our growing team.
Essential Functions :
- Actively lead and mentor Correspondence Specialists
- Supervise and train team for growth and development. Ensuring associates are qualified and trained in assigned position.
- Create productivity standards and manage team to set metrics
- Report to upper management complaint trending with root cause
- Work with other lines of business to manage complaint handling
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Identify opportunities to update or improve procedures and makes recommendations.
- Logging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSP / Black Knight
Minimum Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers3+ years in a management role preferredMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions givenMust be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPMExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook+Prior mortgage experience requiredExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Physical Demand :
