Overview :

At Vino Grotta, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server Assistant / Busser, you will support our serving staff by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, allowing our team to focus on delivering oustanding service.

Key Responsibilites :

• Table / Bar Maintenance : Assist in clearing and resetting tables and bar promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for new guests.
• Support Service Staff : Help servers with delivering food and beverages, as well as taking and refilling drink orders as needed.
• Guest Interaction : Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel welcome throughout their visit.
• Cleanliness : Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes and glasses and organizing utensils and condiments.
• Stocking Supplies : Assist in stocking service areas with necessary supplies, such as glassware, utensils and napkins, ensuring everything is readily available for the team.
• Communication : Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effecitve communication during service.
