Shipping & Receiving Team Member

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Team Member with previous FedEx shipping experience to join our on-site supply chain team in Pooler, GA. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting a well-organized factory environment.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
• Load, unload, sort, and organize incoming freight to ensure accurate handling and proper storage.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments using company and carrier standards (FedEx software experience strongly preferred).
• Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and databases.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Oversee organization and upkeep of yard and factory to ensure a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or shipping issues.
