We’re looking for a Senior Scheduler to help keep some of the most complex aerospace and defense programs running smoothly. If you love bringing structure to chaos, turning data into insights, and collaborating with smart, mission-driven teams—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Build, update, and maintain detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) to keep programs on track.
- Partner with program managers, engineers, and functional leads to make sure the schedule reflects how the work really happens.
- Track progress, analyze risks, and help identify critical paths and bottlenecks before they become issues.
- Create and share reports and visuals—think Gantt charts, EVM metrics, and other performance dashboards—to keep leadership informed and aligned.
- Support the Program Manager in reviewing performance, identifying schedule risks, and developing solutions to keep things moving forward.
- Ensure all schedules and deliverables align with customer and contractual requirements (DIDs, CDRLs, etc.).
What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5–7 years of project planning / scheduling experienceor 10+ years of hands-on experience without the degree.
Strong background in project scheduling, program planning, or finance—bonus points if that’s in the defense or aerospace world.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel (ERP experience with Costpoint is a plus).Ability to break down complex project data, spot risks, and communicate clearly with everyone from engineers to executives.A team-first mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure.Nice to Have
Advanced scheduling chops (PMI-SP or PMP certification is a plus).Active DoD Secret Clearance.Experience integrating project schedules with ERP systems.
