Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge, providing care across various client needs and age groups.

The role includes coordinating care, resident assessments, education, and other nursing interventions. The RN may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. The RN provides necessary guidance and support to ensure safe, reliable care delivery, adhering to established nursing standards and ethics.
