Our Dermatology practice is seeking full time skilled and motivated Medical Assistant / Scribes. We have upcoming available in our Lehi, Salem, and Provo Locations. This is an excellent opportunity for those that are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced medical environment.

Essential Job Functions :

• Greet and room patients : obtain medical histories and update medical records in EMR.
• Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures.
• Accurately document provider notes and patient encounters as a scribe.
• Communicate test and biopsy results to patients under provider direction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare procedure trays as needed.
• Create and manage clinical tasks : document all patient communications.
• Support a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

Hours : 40 hours, 4 days a week.
