Site Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within our North American Fulfillment Network. The role involves developing and implementing business and reliability plans that enhance facility uptime, innovate maintenance best practices, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance managers and area managers.
• Develop and implement maintenance department business plans.
• Create and implement reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Drive maintenance best practices and ensure a safe work environment.
• Advise senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and other analytical techniques.
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
• Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to leverage network size.
• Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
• Develop and manage budget and contract documents, including RFPs and purchase orders.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for maintenance management roles.
• Contribute to building a world-class maintenance organization.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $155000.00 - $175000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
