Overview

We're hiring a Change Strategy Deployment Lead to join our Strategy Deployment team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role driving change in corporate and cross-functional programs that support our most ambitious and business-critical corporate strategy initiatives. You will lead the design and implementation of a change management framework, engagement, communication plan and adoption across the organization. Success in this role requires achieving leadership alignment and fostering strong stakeholders' collaboration to ensure smooth execution of strategic change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a change management framework to drive corporate strategic initiative change readiness and adoption.
  • Drive alignment across business leaders and functional partners, ensuring successful change adoption and engagement.
  • Accountable for change and communication deployment plan, measure change impact with defined KPIs.
  • Develop standardized management toolkits and change readiness assessments
  • Coach and mentor other team members on change management best practices. Deliver change results via a strategic mindset that transforms organization at the corporate scale.
  • Basic Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, or Program Management Office Change Management roles
  • Experience and proven ability in managing large, cross-functional initiatives and driving change and adoption.
  • Excellent change management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and proactive risks management
  • Ability to work across functions : marketing, product, sales enablement, HR, and more.
  • Executive communication and storytelling skills, experience influencing without authority
  • Excellent crafts in Powerpoint presentations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in program tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, .
  • ProSci Certifed preferred
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements : base salary range of $124,000-$155,000 and eligible for benefits
