Contract To Hire Carpenter And Insulator Position

This role involves providing labor support to experienced carpenters and insulators, primarily focusing on insulation removal and installation. The position offers on-the-job training and is suitable for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. The shifts available are from 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 PM and 1 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM.

Responsibilities include conveying materials to various locations throughout the job site, organizing and maintaining clean work areas, performing basic insulation installation, coating application, taping, and removal, and participating in on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced team members.

Essential skills required include general labor experience, familiarity with construction processes, proficiency in using hand and power tools, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform production-related tasks.

This is a contract to hire position based out of San Diego, CA. The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
