Loan Setup Specialist

A company is looking for a TPO Loan Setup Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the broker submission queue and ensure files are accurate and complete

Communicate with brokers regarding missing items and manage the re-disclosure process

Send disclosures to borrowers and confirm receipt, while adhering to compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; higher education is a plus

Minimum of two years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending, including loan disclosures

Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations, including TRID

Familiarity with Non-QM loans is a plus but not mandatory

Proficient in reviewing files for completeness and accuracy of data
