We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate professional for a Mentor / Advisor position at a brokerage firm. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned broker or sales leader who thrives on coaching and guiding new agents, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and habits needed to build successful and sustainable real estate careers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mentor and coach new brokers through all stages of their development.
- Teach sales scripts, client communication techniques, and lead-generation strategies.
- Shadow brokers on client calls, meetings, and property showings to provide real-time coaching.
- Offer guidance on negotiation, prospecting, and deal management.
- Support agents in building confidence, improving conversion rates, and establishing professional routines.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance onboarding and training materials for new agents.
- Foster a positive, learning-focused culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
MUST HAVE :
7+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, or leasingProven track record of closing deals and developing client relationshipsActive real estate license required or extensive prior experience in commercial real estate.
