We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about applied behavior analysis, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to see real-world impact beyond traditional settings.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments to inform instructional and behavioral programming.
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs rooted in ABA principles.
- Analyze data to inform clinical decisions, ensure treatment integrity, and track measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate generalization of skills through Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based instruction.
- Collaborate across disciplines and team members through participation in IEP / ISP meetings, data review sessions, speech-language consultations, and Grand Rounds—an interdisciplinary process integrating psychiatry and psychology to assess appropriate pharmacological and behavioral treatment pathways.
- Supervise and support staff consistent with BACB standards, promoting program fidelity and clinical growth.
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification and Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.2+ years of applied experience providing and supervising ABA-based interventions for individuals with autism and / or other developmental disabilities, with a focus on reducing challenging behaviors and promoting skill acquisition.Expertise in assessment, data analysis, and applied research-to-practice implementation.Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills.Commitment to functional, socially significant outcomes and compassionate care.Why Join PAAL
