Coverage Needed :

Seeking a full time provider for an ongoing Assignment

Start Date : As Soon as Credentialed (Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 120 days)

Shift Description : Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4 : 30PM

Requirements : Board Certification

BLS

Active Michigan License

Must be available full time, not considering part time coverage at this time

Outpatient experience

Clean Background - highly preferred

Assignment Details :

Patient Demographics : 95% Adult / 5% Pediatric

Patient Load : 16-18 office / clinic patients per day (7.2 hours / day)

EMR : Epic

Required Neurology Procedures :

Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)

EMG (Electromyogram)

Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)

Team & Facility Details :

Practice Setting : Neurology Clinic

Trauma Level : 2

Group Composition : 3 Physicians / 0 Advanced Practice Providers

Other Neurologists Present : Yes

Onsite Facilities : Lab, X-ray

Office Support Staff :

1 RN Navigator

4 Medical Assistants (MAs)

3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
