Gojob is hiring a Customer Service Rep for an auto insurance company located in Franklin, TN .

You will be responsible for supporting all claim functions with a focus on loss reporting and incoming call service. This position requires you to be self-motivated, able to work well with average supervision, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Work hours & Pay :

  • 8am - 5pm - $16.50 / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Gather and probe for information from the insured or claimant in order to open a loss and forward the information to claims.
  • Handle incoming calls from our insured, agents and claimants in a professional manner, being able to resolve problems in real time.
  • Take new loss reports by phone, mail, and facsimile while meeting the quality and efficiency goals set for the department.
  • Provide the customer with a positive claims reporting experience.
  • Provide quality and accurate support functions for the claims department. This entails, but is not limited to : transcriptions, manual claim assignments and translations as required
  • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in related business field
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service field.
  • Must be able to speak both English and Spanish
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows 95 or above, Microsoft Outlook, AS400, OnBase systems, and ShoreTel phone system.
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including phone skills and accurate typing.
  • Basic knowledge of automobile insurance
  • Self-motivated, able to work well with average supervision
