Where You Will Work

  • This position will be based in Astound's Dallas, TX office.

A Day In The Life Of The Broadband Technician

  • Residential install and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises
  • Ensure / record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
  • Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
  • Customer education
  • Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What You Bring To The Table

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience : 0 (Entry Level)
  • Competencies : Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ladder; Hand or Power Tools; Customer Service; Communication (verbal, written); Basic Computer Skills; Aptitude to learn new skills; Problem solving; Time Management; Teamwork; Working alone

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's License
