Key Responsibilities Include :

• Managing day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties
• Overseeing and supporting on-site teams with clear, effective leadership
• Coordinating tenant screening, lease management, and rent collection
• Handling maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations
• Performing CAM reconciliations, bill pay, and budget tracking
• Administrative duties : filing, scanning, communications, and more
