Opportunity Overview :

inReach Health is seeking Orthopedic Hospitalists to provide part-time inpatient coverage in the Florida Panhandle . This is an ideal opportunity for experienced surgeons looking to supplement their income while giving back to underserved, rural communities.

Flexible Call Coverage : 5–14 days per month, depending on your availability

Compensation : Daily Guarantee + Uncapped wRVU Production Bonus

Travel Arranged & Paid : No relocation required

1099 Independent Contractor Model

One-Year Contract with Option to Renew

Candidate Requirements :

MD / DO – Board Certified / Board Eligible Preferred

Minimum 2 years' experience in practice

Graduates from 2022 or earlier accepted

No visa sponsorship

Must be willing to travel to the Florida Panhandle

Practice Highlights :

Inpatient orthopedic care at a Critical Access Hospital

No telemedicine

1–4 openings available

Full support from specialty teams and inReach Health coordination

No relocation required – all travel costs covered
