Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with a strong ability to advise clients on asset protection, tax strategies, and wealth preservation. This position is on a hybrid schedule and can report out of the Naples or Fort Myers office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
• Provide legal counsel on estate tax planning and asset protection strategies.
• Represent clients in probate and trust administration matters.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and tax professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
