The Work :

• You'll implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• You'll review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• You'll develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• You'll hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• You'll set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• You'll prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

$170,000 - $220,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
