Job Description

As a Security Professional - Financial Desk Specialist in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and managing badge control. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily responsibilities. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
