Road Design Engineer

Are you a Road Engineer who is looking to work on interesting and rewarding projects while also sharing your technical knowledge and expertise by leading and mentoring teams?

We are seeking a Road Design Engineer within our Transportation and Municipal Engineering team. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline with more on the horizon! Qualified candidates should be strong communicators and multi-taskers who can work on several projects at once, while mentoring and leading a team. Projects include working on varied road projects for INDOT, counties, and municipalities.

General responsibilities include :

• Design and prepare engineering drawings for Transportation / roadway projects.
• Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations.
• Handle client relations as needed.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of road designs completed by others.
• Other support as required.
• Work closely with other Practice Areas on multi-discipline projects.
