Secure Custody Specialist

Our correctional facility is seeking a dedicated Detention Officer to provide high-quality care and support in a secure, institutional setting.

The successful candidate will perform routine duties in accordance with established policies, regulations, and procedures to maintain order and ensure the security, safety, and direct supervision of inmates / residents.

This role requires maintaining discipline and order through various work areas, including armory / key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.

To be considered for this position, you must :

• Hold a valid driver's license and have a clear driving record;
• Meet minimum age requirements : 18 years old;
• Complete pre-service correctional officer training and any required training as necessary to meet contract requirements;
