Associate Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Associate Instructional Designer to create engaging eLearning content for customer education.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior instructional designers to produce eLearning and training videos

Develop video scripts and course outlines, and transform recorded webinars into self-paced eLearning courses

Revise content based on feedback and ensure learning materials are current and engaging

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in building online learning content for SaaS companies

Experience with curriculum development applications and video production tools like Camtasia or Articulate 360

Background or degree / certificate in instructional design, curriculum development, or education

Experience leveraging AI tools for content development

Understanding of the ADDIE development model or similar frameworks
