Automotive Diagnostic Technician – Euro & Import Specialist

Location : West Chester, OH

Pay : $45–$50 / hr (Flat Rate) – Based on Experience

Potential Earnings : $80K–$120K+

Schedule : Monday–Friday. Nights and weekends? Not a chance.

We run 7 lifts, use premium equipment, and see 25–50 cars a week. No downtime, no drama, and plenty of horsepower.

Who We're Looking For

We're after a true diagnostic ace. Someone who doesn't just plug in a scanner but feels what's going on under the hood. You've put in the years, earned your stripes, and can tell a BMW's mood swing from a mile away.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair

Fluent in Euro-speak (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, and friends)

A natural team player with a touch of leadership instinct

Hungry to stay ahead of the tech curve and keep learning

A Day in the Bay

Dive deep into diagnostics on European and Asian imports

Use tools like Autel, Snap-On, Autologic, Launch, Xentry, ISTA

Handle DVIs through Tekmetric

Collaborate with other top-tier techs in a fast-paced environment

Keep the energy high and the quality higher

And yes, AIR CONDITIONED SHOP! Because sweat belongs at the gym, not in your eyes while wrenching.
