Social Worker Case Manager

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Experienced Social Worker Case Manager to join the Case Management Team. This role will be Part-Time, Day Shift : Weekends (10hrs per shift). This position has the potential to become hybrid upon completion of a successful performance evaluation.
