A heavy civil contractor in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Earthworks Superintendent to lead multiple paving and grading projects across the region. This is a role overseeing field operations, crew performance, and project execution across active job sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily field operations for paving and grading scopes
- Manage crews of 6–12 across multiple projects ranging from $1M–$20M
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on progress and issues
- Support project closeout, punch lists, and documentation
