Viera Builders is seeking an experienced and motivated Branding & Growth Manager to develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that support and drive the sales goals of Viera Builders, Inc. (VBI) within Viera and outside Viera. This role leads initiatives to elevate brand awareness, create a revenue generating branding for outside Viera, enhance customer engagement, and increase residential sales across the Viera master-planned community and focus on growth and branding for outside Viera.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Business or Real Estate Marketing is preferred. 5+ years of experience in new home builder marketing is required. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication (verbal and written) skills. AMA Professional Certified Marketer, Digital Marketing Institute, Online Marketing Certified Professional preferred. Proven history of success in new home building branding, with performance metrics tied to increased visibility, growth and revenue generation.
