A company is looking for a Client Advocacy Specialist who will provide customer support and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete satisfaction
Assist in scheduling closing appointments and managing communication with clients
Coordinate customized mailings and assist scanning / shipping teams as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with computers, including online searching and typing
