Project Engineer - Multifamily / Senior Living

Webuild () is actively seeking a Project Engineer to support multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living developments across the Sacramento and North State regions. This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale residential construction projects and a clear pathway toward career growth.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage project schedules, monitor budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, review bids, evaluate construction quality, and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFQs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Projects range from 80 to over 300 units, encompassing new construction and major infrastructure renovation.

Candidate Profile
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and have a minimum of three years of project engineering or construction management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to long-term professional growth are essential.
