Are you a highly skilled Lexus or Toyota Master Certified Technician ready to showcase your expertise? Lexus dealerships in the Nashville area are seeking top-tier Master Technicians who can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles with minimal supervision and deliver world-class service.

What You'll Do :

As a Lexus Master Certified Technician, you will take full ownership of complex diagnostics and repairs, including but not limited to :

Engine work

Transmission and clutch repairs

Drive shafts

Electrical systems (starters, alternators, etc.)

HVAC systems

Steering and suspension repairs

Your mastery will ensure every customer vehicle receives the highest level of care, all while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For :

Factory-certified at one of the highest tiers (Lexus or Toyota)

Ability to independently handle a full range of repairs with precision and accuracy

Strong communication skills to collaborate with parts department and service consultants

Detail-oriented approach to documenting repairs, warranty claims, and maintaining shop standards

Commitment to maintaining clean workspaces and adhering to all safety and environmental regulations

Team player with flexibility and a passion for excellence

Your Role Includes :

Diagnosing, repairing, and road-testing Lexus vehicles to manufacturer standards

Keeping up with factory technical bulletins and manufacturer training

Ensuring customer vehicles are returned clean and in excellent condition

Maintaining or exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals

Completing warranty repairs and managing documentation efficiently

Upholding the company's vision, mission, and values in every interaction

Certifications :

ASE certification preferred

Lexus and / or Toyota Master Technician certifications required
