Seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join talented team.

• Office hours : Monday Thursday 8 : 00a 5 : 00p, Friday 8 : 00a 12 : 00p
• Call : 1 : 45 days (M-F) and 1 : 45 weekends Sat 8a Monday 8a
• Lab, X-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation as the UC services
• Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointments
• 20-25 patients per day
• Expected to cover acute care.
• The practice is also an outpatient lab draw site so walk in patients who require blood draws are accepted.
• Looking for a provider who is motivated to grow the practice, patient centered, and has the flexibility to handle last minute schedule changes to meet patient needs.
