Concrete Wall Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Wall Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting wall forms for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Projects are all within a 1-hour radius of Fargo, and crew members will be home every night with transportation provided to and from job sites.

Responsibilities :

• Set and prepare wall forms for concrete pouring in residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure high-quality concrete finishes using tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers.
• Operate necessary equipment for concrete work effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Work Environment :

Work outdoors in various weather conditions from April to the freezing season, Monday through Friday. This is a seasonal position.

This is a contract position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
