About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : 7 PM - 7 AM

Hours per Shift : 36.00

Experience : 2+ years of recent experience as a PCU / Stepdown / Tele RN

License : Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Certifications : BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA

Must-Have : Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans

Description :

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.

Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.

Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Demonstrates the ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Exhibits effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
