Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth

Strong track record of creating beneficial business partnerships

Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance

Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions in franchise operations

Preferred : Five+ years in management of retail tire and automotive service business
