Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once is required.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
