This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance, and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Senior Delivery Lead is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the NFRR strategy. Candidate should have the ability to drive strategic initiatives aligning to the broader "Cleaner, Simpler, Better" GMT strategy while delivering on NFRR objectives. This is a highly visible program, the delivery of which will necessitate strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. A qualified candidate should possess a strategic mindset to navigate complexities and to ensure program alignment with business goals. Role involves leading a team of PMs and BAs, implementing best practices, and maintaining rigorous project governance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize project delivery, mitigate risks, and enhance overall project management.

US - NY - New York - 1100 Ave Of The Americas - Two Bryant Park (NY1540) Pay range $115,000.00 - $190,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and / or group; and the overall success of the Company.
