Job Title : Lobby Concierge Officer, 3rd Shift

Purpose : Sunstates Security seeks a qualified customer service professional to function as a full-time Lobby Concierge Officer at a prestigious software company in downtown Raleigh, NC. The chosen candidate would work full-time Monday -Friday. The safety & security position is designed to maximize the service, response, and communication to our clients to ensure a customer-focused, safe, and secure environment. The Lobby Security Officer must have excellent customer service and excellent communication skills. They must be able to multitask and complete all assigned patrols.

Specific Duties and Essential Functions :

• Customer service professional
• Patrols
• Emergency Response
• Visitor management
• Access control monitoring, Issuing temporary badges
• Clerical Duties-Update various spreadsheets

Physical Requirements and Environment :

Environment : Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected. Significant activity : Frequent standing and walking periods for extended amounts of time, up to three miles per shift.

Education Requirements (All) : High School diploma or equivalent
