Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Family Practice
We are seeking a Family APRN with a strong background in family practice to join our primary care team in Mulberry, FL . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, caring for patients across the lifespan, and contributing to a mission-driven healthcare environment.
This role offers loan repayment support through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) (up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment) and is also eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation : Up to $120,000 based on experience
- New Grad Compensation : $90,000 starting with a $5,000 increase at 6 months
- NHSC Program : Up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment
- PSLF Eligibility : Forgiveness after 120 qualifying monthly payments
- Relocation Assistance : $1,000 (in-state) or $3,000 (out-of-state)

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited APRN programMinimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing NP (3+ years preferred)Clear and active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain before start date)National certification (ANCC and / or AANP)BLS certificationEligible for malpractice insurabilityStrong computer and EMR literacyAbility to work both independently and within a team-based settingKey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family practice care across the lifespan in an outpatient settingDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plansReview lab, imaging, and diagnostic reports; document findings and follow up appropriatelyMaintain accurate and timely patient records using SOAP note formatEnsure proper coding and billing practices aligned with documented careDeliver patient education and health counselingFacilitate referrals and coordinate with nurses, specialists, and support staffPrecept medical students as assignedParticipate in outreach, off-site programs, and health collaborativesAssist in clinical supply and equipment recommendationsUphold standards of universal precautions and OSHA requirementsParticipate in weekend or off-hours coverage as assignedDemonstrate professionalism and teamwork across the organizationApply Today!
